Take a romantic getaway with your partner to the town of Fuentes de Ayódar. Aín is one of the most beautiful towns in the Sierra de Espadán. This fantastic municipality located in the middle of a natural park is one of the best places to lose yourself in its streets and discover the many routes that are close to the town. You also cannot forget to discover its gastronomy through the 5 senses, by visiting the Beniali Restaurant, with a cuisine based on local produce and the roots of the Sierra de Espadán. 

From the magnificent and impressive Castillo de la Muela del Buey to the village of Argelita, you will head out on a hiking route for the whole family, discovering the many secrets hidden in the natural landscape of the Sierra de Espadán. Corners with spectacular views of the entire mountain range between trees such as cork oaks or pines, also discovering the ruins of the fortress of the Citadel. At the end of the route, we recommend that you go to the Argelita bakery where you can enjoy delicious pastries, both sweet and savoury. The route starts at the Castillo de la Muela del Buey and ends in Argelita.

The Castellón municipality of Fanzara, located in Alto Mijares, is an open-air urban art museum where you can lose yourself. With this day visit, which you can do with your family, friends or partner, you will immerse yourself in an authentic urban art walk through its streets and most symbolic buildings. We recommend eating in one of the local bars at the end of the visit or buying typical products at the Kimi Bakery. You will also be able to taste its rich gastronomy and its most symbolic dish, the “Olla de Col” (cabbage stew). You can also buy typical local products such as sausages at Pastor Butchers.
